Carlos Tevez tipped to remain with Manchester City after the transfer window closes with bookmaker bet365
Want-away Carlos Tevez may be staying put at Manchester City according to bet365, who predict the striker to still be a Citizen on September 1.
Tevez stunned the FA Cup winners by making his latest announcement that he wants to leave Eastlands. City are understood to be placing a £50m fee on the Argentinian which has led the online bookmaker to forecast he will remain at his current club @ 13/8 (2.63).
Tevez has indicated he wants to be closer to his two young daughters in Argentina but his former club Boca Juniors are outsiders to capture his signature @ 12/1 (13.0). A move to Spain with Real Madrid is considered to be the most likely @ 11/4 (3.75) followed by Juventus 11/2 (6.50) and Inter Milan 10/1 (11.0).
In a statement announcing his departure Tevez said: "I need them (my daughters) to be happy because my life is about them now. I need to be in a place where they can adapt."

Tevez's words have led to fervent speculation that he will move to a La Liga club and while Real Madrid lead the chase big spending Malaga (16/1) and Barcelona (16/1) are also tipped as contenders for the forward's signature.
An unlikely move to Chelsea is trading @ 12/1 but most of the money is likely to go on moves to Spain.
