Marseille's Lucho Gonzalez would welcome Roma move - agent
Roma are the latest club to be associated with a move for Olympique Marseille's Lucho Gonzalez as his agent opens the door to Serie A.
The 30-year-old has been linked with Spanish club Malaga who are reportedly considering a €12million bid after he expressed a desire to leave the French outfit.
But Federico Simonian, his agent, appears keen to discover whether the Italians are serious about taking the midfielder off the hands of the Ligue 1 side.
He believes Gonzalez would be open to joining Luis Enrique in the Italian city, but maintained there was no dialogue for the moment.
"I know our Italian manager Tulio Tinti is in touch with Roma directors and it would be interesting to see Lucho at Roma," Simonian told Forzaroma.info.
"But personally, no-one from the Italian club has contacted me."
Gonzalez joined Marseille in 2009 from Porto and he is tied to the Stade Velodrome outfit until 2013.
