Lower Second Team, Manchester United can be fined

He said that if United lose players 'weak', the Premier League should impose a penalty as he had obtained his team and Blackpool.

We can only do what we must do,said Morgan.

I think it hypocritical if the Premier League does not impose sanctions on United if that were the [lower second-tier team]

Blackpool and Wolves had previously imposed a penalty amounting to 25 thousand pounds due to change their main team in Premier League matches this season. Wolves make ten changes to United's game against Blackpool last season and also did the same against Aston Villa.
